Recurrent drain blockage in Woodgreen

Job description:Downstairs toilet, and very occasionally other toilets, blocked on several occasions.
Had Homeserve approved plumbers unblock them on these occasions.
However, they have stated problem is due to manhole outlet being higher than inlet. This needs to be dealt with to prevent recurrence.
