Job description:Suspect blockage in the drain pipe that collects water from gutters and bath/sink drainage of a upper and lower cottage flats. A leak spouted from the upper cottage flat - source found to be the bath waste pipe. This problem was sorted and later leak spouted from upper flat again which was linked to heavy rain fall leads to the belief that actual source of problem is blockage in drain pipe. Needs investigation to confirm source of problem and fixed to stop leak.
