Water not draining away in garden in Shettleston

Job description:When it is raining the water builds up in my back garden and at the side of the house. I don't know why this is happening and would like to get it fixed asap as when we had that bad rain a few days back the whole side and back of the house outside was flooded. Is it the drainage/guttering/roof, I don't know. Can you help
