Job description:Due to the weight of scaffolding laden with 3 ton of stone roof tiles placed on my drain for four months, the gulley has dropped causing the terracotta pot drain (house is 250 years old) to crack and sheer off from the gulley top section. This is causing surface wate to seep into the wall and footings of my house.
