Job description:To separate the rainwater down pipe from the WC pipe (they are currently connected). To fit PVC piping so that the rainwater pipe reaches the drain. The Soil and Vent Pipe also needs to be given a greater slope so that it is not less than 18mm:1000mm, This work needs to comply with the requirements of part H of the Buildings Regulations 2000, and therefore will be subject to inspection on completion.
