Job description:I have damp in a room to the back of my property. The damp rises from the ground up and along the rear wall and 90 degree internal wall. The assumed problem is external drainage on next door property. A drainage pipe from the roofline to the ground empties into an empty drain. Various services also come into this drainage pipe from the flat above mine and the two flats next door. It is assumed that the underground drainage into which all services empty is damaged and causing the damp work. Damp damage may potentially be caused in the downstairs flat next to my property
