Job description:During heavy rain fall large sections of the grass and paving area in the back garden flood to the extent that there is a 1"-2" deep area at the back of the house where the water collects. During extreme rain the water has been known to run into the garage, via the back door, and sand bags have had to be placed at the door to stop this. It can then take up to 24 hours to drain away naturally. The grass also floods to the extent that the water just sits in puddles all over the grass and it is very rarely dry.
