Job description:Georgian terrance townhouse consisting of five self-contained flats, all share some access to external drains which are located in basement flat's yard. Drains require some cleaning as usage leads to strong smells invading basement flat through front door/windows. Some blockage noticed but would be looking for an assessment/quote first.
