Reconstruct open drain, connect up sink drains to closed drain in Stroud Green

Job description:an old open drain in a small patio takes rainwater as well as some waste from sinks. the waste watershould be separated and diverted to a closed drain about 2.5m away. one low drain makes positioning possibly difficult; may have to take up some paving slabs. Not sure what is a realistic budget - please advise.
