Water collecting underneath the floor of my conservatory in Church Langley

Job description:my conservatory is only 2 bricks high from the floor. The floor of the conservatory is chipboard. i noticed a damp smell and patch on the chipboard, and when I took up a small part of the floor, could see that about an inch of water had collected under the floor. The entire floor will need to be taken up to see the root of the problem
