Job description:Last year downstairs toilet stopped flushing properly with water in the bowl falling below ubend. After throwing large buckets of water down it we cleared a build up of waste. In parallel this there is a smell of drains first thing in the morning after we have had a shower and go down stairs. The smell comes from the downstairs sink. Occassionally there is also a smell from the kitchen sink.
