Job description:I am currently in the process of buying a property.I have just received the feedback from the home buyers report on the property and it states as urgent that i need a drain specialist to inspect defective cracked drains and recify as necessary.I have spoken to my solicitor about this and he has recommended that i get a quote for this to be done.Do you charge for a quote?Could you let me know if this is possible and when.I am hoping to complete in 2 weeks but realise that the work probably won't be done until after i move in.My solicitor wants the quotes by tuesday at the latest.Can you do this?
