Job description:tHIS IS A COURT CASE WHERE THE SEPTIC TANK IS UTILISED BY 2 PROPERTIES. tHE cLAIMANT HAS BROUGHT ON TO HIS LAND STATIC CARAVANS WHICH HAS INCREASED THE AMOUNT OF WATE GOING IN TO THE TANK. THERE IS A DEED WHCIH STATES THAT OUR CLIENT HAS TO PAY FOR A PERCENTAGE OF THE COSTS OF THE TANK WHICH IS DISPUTED GIVEN THAT THE OTHER PARTY HAS INCREASE THE WATE IN TO THE TANK. i NEED A REPORT ON WHETEHR, IN LIGHT OF THE INCREASED WASTE, THE TANK IN INADEQUATE and the claimant should as amatter of course instal either another tank for the static caravans or a bigger tank to serve the 2 properties?? Pleas call Mrs reid if you think you can be of asistance. Please note that the matter is urgent
