Concrete hardened in open drain pipe, unable to reach blocked aware at bottom of pipe in Fairlop

Job description:Some concerete has hardened at the bottom of an open top cast iron soil stack. I beleive the pipe is roughly 2/3m in length. The block appears to have formed at the bottom of the pipe. I've tried and cleared a small section at the bottom but cannot reach up the pipe anymore. I believe that it could be loosened by entering the top of the pipe.
