Repair/ modification to outdoor terrace drainage in Barnsbury

Job description:Upstairs there is a small outdoor terrace (5m x 1.5m area, wooden decking with plant boxes). It seems the run-off is not draining properly because the water has leaked into corner of downstairs ceiling. To gain access to drainage system, tradesmen require square allen key to unscrew wooden decks. Some waterproofing may be required and possibly a gutter connection repair. Ideally would also like downstairs ceiling to be replastered and repainted but not essential.
