Job description:Lower ground floor flat. Drain located outside front door, in stairwell down from ground level. Pipe has collapsed in bend approx 1 m underground. Retaining wall (1.5m high) to garden may need to be removed in order to carry out the work. Work needs to be carried out soon as drain is backing up repeatedly.
