Job description:Pipe to front of building (with 4 flats) needs new soakaway so it flows into drain not onto the ground.
Pipe to the side of the house has cracked and broken away and also needs to flow into drain.
Pipe at back of house from flat B to ground has problems - when the water hits the ground it overflows.
