Improve draining from rain run-off in front of garage. in Scotforth East

Job description:Gully in front of garage on a paved drive gets full during heavy rain and backs up causing large puddles and allowing water to get into garage. Gully is approx 3 metres and seems to drain into next doors garden (into the soil). I have tried to improve matters by removing soil and leaves but still have the problem. I require someone to come and look to see what can be done about the problem. If the current drain/gully can be improved or whether an extra drainage channel is required to the main grid.
