Unblock a soil pipe in Huby

Job description:At the back of our house there is a soil pipe that goes straight into the ground connected to the sewer somehow. There is no manhole cover nearby (there is one at the front of the house but that is clear). just above the surface of the soil pipe is a cover used I guess for access. I realised there was a problem when puddles started forming in the cellar. when I looked at vthe soil pipe I saw the cover had come off and hence water and sewage leaked out.....so I replaced the cover thinking job done (we did have a blockage under the manhole cover at the front before but cleared it - I thought that possibly that had been the cause of the cover to come off -) However a day later I saw the cover (which is a tight fit) has come off again......thus the build up of water inside the soil pipe creates pressure and forces the cover off.......I assume this is a simple need (initially anyhow) to jet blast the soil pipe drain to remove the blockage......any advice...?
