Job description:Drainage not draining away from the property properly and starting to pond in our front yard. Only seems to effect downstairs drainage. Terrace property at top end of steep street so surprised that there is a problem. Property is newly bought, previous owner carried out several self alterations for sale, worried that some of the works may have caused blockage to the drainage system.
