Ground saturated with water. Conntacted Trent Water confirmed no leak from mains, not sewage in Braunstone

Job description:have a problem on the front lawn of my house. The ground/grass is saturated with water. I have contacted Seven Trent Water who have been out and confirmed there is no leak from the mains water, it does not smell so is not sewage and the water is clear. Seven Trent seem to think it is surface water. Many thanks Martin.
