Job description:I am in the process of purchasing a house in Cropston, Leicestershire LE7 7HG and have appointed a surveyor to undertake a Homebuyers and Evaluation survey. I have now recieved his report in which there is reference to possible root ingress/growth to the the brick walls of the drainage inspection chamber. The job that I require to be undertaken is the chamber and installation to be inspected by a qualified contractor and the remedial refurbishment work required to ensure that it is free from defects.
