Rear outdoor drain not clearing and build up of something there no call out fees etc in Bynea

Job description:No call out fees or up front costs. I want a full quote first and the price must come to that quoted price. Basically the rear drain is not clearing, smelling bad and build up of mushy stuff there. Tried drain unblocking liquids and not quite worked. Having used a glove to pull out stuff I couldnt quite get down enough. Whover takes this job must take away waste etc.
