Job description:To replace an existing Cast Iron soil stack which has developed a number of leaks and is starting to corode. The stack runs externally with connections to WC and basin (i think), would prefer replace like for like but, depending upon quote, willing to accept plastic alternative. The soil pipe runs from the first floor and is approx 6m high, discharging directly into the ground. May need to excavate around the foot of the stack to make the connection. Additionally I`d like to add a further WC to the bathroom and would like the option of providing a blanked tee for a future connection to a WC.
