Renewal of top & foul water drain systems - 4 bed house on 1/3 acre site - Mains or new septic conne in Carrington

Job description:We have recently bought an 18th century, run down, house on a plot of about 1/3rd of an acre. Until now rain water has gone to a soak away close to the house and foul to what is now an old, dilapidated septic tank. We are looking for a company who would give recommendations and quotations for: 1. New drainage to be installed for both surface water and foul (we are assuming any existing drains are unserviceable) 2. Advice and pricing for either connection to United utilities or an independent septic tank installation We have available for reference .pdfs of the drainage and electrical drawings we have purchased from United Utilities. The property and the plot can be seen on the second pdf – site layout. I will try to load then here.
