Job description:My rain water (not foul water) drainpipe from my house, leading away from the gutter downpipe, has been blocked by earth piled into it by a previous owner or builder. I cannot unblock it (despite trying hard and removing some soil) and it needs to be rebuilt anyway to restore a proper gully which has previously been destroyed.
