Job description:Outside waste water drain has partially collapsed and needs re-cementing to reform a new gully. Rain waterpipe has been cut and needs replacing-half moon. Possibly digging trench at front of garden to create a soakaway for rainwater. Reattach rain water pipe with brackets to wall at rear. In addition if possible replace toilet flush valve and provide seal to exsisiting cistern.
