Job description:Drain at outside corner of rear extension may be broken causing major damp on floor at inside corner of rear extension. Also need to construct chanel (dig out a small lined trench) to drain rainwater from the sloping rear yard into drain (currently draining direct onto rear extension wall causing severe damp at foot of the wall)
