Job description:We need a new soakaway as existing arrangement is unsatisfactory . To lay new drain pipes to run into adjoining field with farmer's permission obtained. 8 metre run to field boundary plus allowance to distance from property.Property 1m from field boundary. Depth of soakaway must be at least 4 feet below ground to allow for future ploughing etc. Power supply to house runs directly across route about 18 in down. Work can only be carried out in between barley harvest and oilseed rape planting ( 3 to 10/8/11 ) approx to allow access for JCB or equivalent Budget we have put £500 but could pay more if necessary.
