Job description:A soakaway needs replacing, including the pipe from the drain to the soakaway. This is to replace an existing soakaway that is very old and not functioning. There is sufficeint room in the garden to allow for re-siting of the soakaway rather than digging out the old one, should this be a simpler solution. The soakaway serves a bathroom, so needs to handle bath/shower and sink waste. The existing soakaway is approx 11m from the property (bungalow). There is side access to get to the garden. There are no obstrctions to digging, just grass, which will need making good as part of the job.
