Job description:Repair waste water connection to soil stack Leak is on 2nd Floor of a block of flats (4 floors in total). Leak is at point of connection between bathroom waste pipe and soil stack. Soil stack is within internal service riser. Plasterboard and tiles would need to be removed in order to access leak. No remediation of the area required - just fix the leak.
