Job description:purchasing a house had a homebuyers survey done and they are recommending that we have a drainage speciliast go and look at the property due to structural movement 9 years ago so need to let us know if there is any risk that it will happen again. also advised to check drains and advise on any works required in view of the previous history and length of time since previous repair.
