Job description:Tenants at the property have reported that there is corrosion on a drain/sewer pipe. Where this is located on the property is not clear. I need someone to review the problem, inform me (not the tenants) of the details of the issue and the plan for resolution. This is an urgent fix as I am informed that this may be a route in for rodents !
