Job description:Currently, waste from sinks and bath goes outside into a brick and concrete gully sitting on top of a clay trap. Trap looks fine but the gully is cracked, and water is largely misdirected outside of the trap. The ground around the trap is wet. Looking for it to be fixed up with a new plastic grill and pipes to go through. No current damp problems with adjacent wall.
