Damaged pipe below ground. Damp basement/kitchen. Some investigation already done. Need advice. in North

Job description:Old damage to drain below ground has made basement kitchen wall very damp. Apparently covered by insurance. Difficult job because drain runs in narrow gap between 2 town houses & is about 6 ft underground. Aready investigated with dvd/photos from remote camera. Simple lining may not be possible because of complications. Needs some more investigation and a realistic plan of action. Would someone be willing to discuss this with us please?
