I think i may have a collapsed pipe under my concrete yard! in Sutton and Mount Gould

Job description:1st of all we noticed bubbles in the toilet when emptying the bath, also the toilet was not draining properly. I put some drain cleaning fluid down but that didn't seem to help. This morning i have noticed water seeping through the wall out on to the back lane, which must mean there is a breakage of some sort. Unfortunately the pipe goes under the back yard which has been conveniently covered in concrete. Hope someone can help. Thanks.
