Job description:Please can I have your advice and probably a visit. After draining the bath or having a shower, water is seen to seep out where the clay soil pipe meets the ground. The pipe itself is surrounded by concrete, but fortunately is only about 3 metres from a manhole. Please can you advise me on how to assess whether the drain is blocked or broken and how to get a cost effective repair?
