4" pressure pipe cracked under pond liner in Oxton

Job description:My 4" presuure pipe has a crack in it, it is under a pond liner and sealed to a bottom drain. The pond will be empty and the 4" hole is accessable, the crack is approximately 1 ft away from the bottom drain . I cannot rip the liner or dig the pipe up , so it has to be repaired going through the end of the pipe that is in the bottom drain.
