Job description:To provide a quote for moving or redirecting a private foul drain constructed in 1937. My drains are the last in a line of 4 houses with my house being the 4th and last. The work is to be acceptable to United Utilities and Preston Council who will inspect the work before during and after the work. Payment will therefore be staged and final payment will be made when the work is satisfactorily completed to the councils standards. The existing drain is the bathroom foul drain and may be redirected but the gradient must sloping sufficiently without interfering with the roof a proposed conservatory. If the drain is moved to another wall the bathroom toilet may be repositioned.
