Job description:we are due to move into a new property, a survey has been completed and the drain at the front of the property we are advised is inadequate as it diverts the rainwater from the front pitch of garage roof, front pitch of main roof and front pitch of extension roof. We are advised we need to divert it into a soakaway which will also require building regulation approval. We are due to exhange contracts on the 8th July therefore need an urgent quote for completion of this work to enable us to negogiate cost from the purchase price. Ideally we need a quote by the 5th July. We will then require the work to be completed when we move into the property, also due on the 8th July. Please can you contact us as a matter of urgency.
