Job description:there is standing water under flags at rear of semi detached house. i suspect that it may be a water pipe leak; will require investigation. have no cellar but access is available under the property but require removal of carpets in hallway and lifting of flooerboards; depending on location of possible leak may require lifting flagstones and excavation to pipework
