Partial blocked drain for rain water escape in Gooshays

Job description:the kitchen sink's drain seems partially blocked. used one stop shot but that did not help, 2 bottles. in heavy rain, the drains can't handle the volume of water, so it backfills the sink causing a flood in the kitchen, as this is the only place left to escape to. the sink is always gurgling as well.
