Job description:4 yrs of problems when mains sewer blocks overflows into our local manholes and onto our property as our maholes/sewers are below the level of the mains sewer, only been external problem so far. Thames will do nothing to resolve as does not occurr more than 5 times/yr. We need a non-return valve fitted (ftp valve?) where our sewer meets the mains sewer.
