Front downpipe not connected to drain in Ashton upon Mersey

Job description:Just moved into our new house & the front downpipe is currently draining into the ground and through under the foundations into a trench under the lounge (suspended timber floor). The downpipe looks to be set into concrete so havent been able to investigate state of the connection to main drain, so need someone to take a look & sort asap. Thanks
