Job description:We're currently in the process of buying a house (4 bed semi in Sale circa 1900) and our surveyor has advised us to replace above ground drainage pipes. The main waste from the property discharges via a cast iron soil and vent pipe to the rear. It is in poor condition with corrosion evident. It requires replacement. Smaller wastes were of PVC; they were in poor condition and should be replaced Please can you quote
