Job description:broken gutter on the roof edge that when raining is leaking heavily and free flow of rain water is streaming out of it, will this cause any problems for the inside of the house as the inside walls on the bottom floor feel cold and damp and the inside wall on the top floor underneath the gutter has water dripping on the inside of the window. the front of the building on the outiside always looks wet and damp even when it has not been raining for a few days. please help advice is very appreciated.
