OutSide Drain keeps Blocking in Central

Job description:Our sewer drain out the front of the house keeps blocking, we have tried numerous ties to clear this ourselves with a long drain rod. Unfortunatly it keeps happening, This has started to happen since we have the new road and pavements done in our road earlier in the year. Could you advise on cost to come check where the fault is and repair cost if its our concern. Look forward to hearing from you. Michelle
