Job description:I require a general survey of the combined foul and surface drainage system on my property. There is a large conservatory at the rear of the property under which the main drain system travels and the original inspection manhole was situated. There are diverted drains and drain rodding eyes to the side of the conservatory, one of which appears to be open. There is an open drain to the side of the house taking water from the kitchen sink and washing machine which backs up on occasion. I also have a gutter down pipe from the whole surround of the conservatory open ended and not directed or connected to any drain. This presently allows drainage water to pool and collect at adjacent ground level. It is anticipated that those interested will be able to carry out both the survey (if necessary) and all remedial works after full inspection and discussions.
