Job description:There appears to be a blockage which is resulting in sewage being directed to the wrong drains. We've now got a block in our drain outside the kitchen which has raw sewage in it. This happened a couple of years ago and we had to pay for someone to come out. We want to know the reason for it to stop it happening again.
