Blocked drain, caused by blocked down pipe and insufficient guttering? in Reddish South

Job description:Hi I'm looking for some advice and quotes on unblocking a drain/guttering and to see if the guttering is sufficient. I live in a row of terraced houses with a blocked outside front drain. During rain it fills and overflows. I believe this is making my basement damp as well. The downpipe for the drain connects to the roof and I suspect that also may have a blockage. I'm the fourth house along on the street, all with the same connecting guttering, but I'm the first house with a downpipe. Roughly speaking, my house is the downpipe for 4/5 houses...is this sufficient? Thanks in advance Andy
